Prior to Extenteam, Luke was the Head of Real Estate at Stay Gia, a flexible rentals brand operating in various markets throughout the United States. Luke was also research director with Skift Research and research director, Europe for Phocuswright. Prior to working in vacation rentals Luke worked at Nearshore Americas, a publishing and advisory firm specialized in outsourcing in Latin American Markets. He has a master's degree in urban planning and now lives in the Chicago area.
Through his work at Extenteam, Luke has acquired enviable insight into data around labor shortages in the United States, and the factors contributing to it.
